Devon Deshaun’s work are shaped from his past, present, and future. He taught himself how to paint in college one night, and decided to share his art with the world. Since then, Devon has had a solo exhibition, as well as, had his art used for a Community Campaign for the City of Waco.

As a teen visiting galleries, he felt his culture wasn’t represented enough in traditional institutions. With that in mind, Devon Deshaun wants the voice of his culture to be represented in each piece he creates.
